Merhaba 'Yale Maksimum Güvenlikli Kablolu U Bisiklet Kilidi' almayı düşünüyorum. Acaba bu kilide sahip olan varsa ürünün tam boyutlarını yazabilir mi? Bisikletin kadrosuna sabitlemeyi düşünüyorum ama sığıp sığmayacağı konusunda emin olamıyorum. Eklediğim fotoğrafta işaretlediğim üzere sabitleme aparatı takıldıktan sonra oluşan 'x' genişliğine ve kilidin tamamının uzunluğu olan 'y' uzunluğuna ihtiyacım var.

Resimde şifreli olanın güvenlik seviyesinin 70 olduğu yazıyor. Anahtarlı olanın da 83'müş.

Onguard yerine daha uygun olan Yale almak mantıklı geliyor. Fiyat farkına değecek bir fark mıdır?

Yale'ler, özellikle (link) çok iyi, bence Onguard'lardan eksikleri yok.
Tabii bu model sürekli taşımak için çok ağır.

How is theft level in Antalya area? Based on my experience, I try to never leave bike from my sight. However, still need to lock when forgotten.
I have 2 onguard Ulocks and some cables, including 22mm, all left behind. So need some ideas here.
I will lock 3 bikes, sometimes 2 bikes. Again, rarely they could be left unattended. Plus I order bike alarm.
My ideas are:
1. Buy onguard cable and rope 3 bikes together . 185cm should be enough. In public locations and when I can see bikes.
2. if i decide to leave unattended - buy chain. For sure I want it to be light and long as possible.
Any comments?

theft level is high in every big city like Antalya. I have a big onguard lock but i never feel safe. I never but my bike out of my sight.

I had an arab college colleague about 10 years ago who laughed it off upon hearing me mention my bike that he could cut the lock with cutters.
 
anything can be cut. its matter of time and effort and thief level.
I have seen most wide chains were cut. Even such chain that is not suitable for bike. High value was there.

I am using 220 cm (link) cable ((link) version) and (link).
(link) is local version of Onguard for me.
 
How often Ulocks or think armored cables got destroyed by thefts in Turkey?
I need to find a solution for 3 bikes - we are 3 adults who will bike together. My options and ready to hear other opinions?
1. Buy chain. Yale or Onguard 180cm. Heavy and bulky. (link)

or
2. Buy armored cable 16-25mm diameter. Like this (link)

This should work for 3 bikes unattended during the day in public.

Plus 2 or 3 ulocks to attach the frames in between each other?
I consider 2 Ulocks, like (link)
Also for short rides I may just buy a short light cable, like when I need to go home quickly and left bike unattended in relatively safe area:

Steel cables are getting cut all the time. I only use them to secure front tire and saddle while locking the frame and rear tire with an Abus chain. My chain has bolt cutter marks on it (happened in İzmir). If it was a steel cable my bike would be gone.

Chains won't be cut with anything other than an angle grinder. Any thief who would be bold enough to use an angle grinder in public would be unstoppable anyway. So it's not worth it to carry U-locks in my opinion.

My best option is a chain (to lock frame and rear wheel) and a long steel cable to lock secondaries (front tire, saddle, helmet etc).

There are no statistics about it. We generally do not have statistics, and when there is statistics, there is usually no one to believe in it.

"Professional" thieves use (link). Cutting takes a few seconds.

Personally, I find thick U-locks to be safer than chains of the same thickness, because the overall thickness is actually broken down into smaller pieces (total thickness - gap / 2) at the chain links. There is also the possibility of removing the chain by inserting a tool into the gap of the links and widening it.

@Spartiat rica etsem bana kilit önerebilirmisiniz? Daha çok yanımda taşıyacağım, bir büfeye, dönerciye vb yere girerken kullanmak üzere.
