We’d expect deliveries within the EU to take approximately 4-7 working days and in almost all cases, we can track the orders with the tracking link provided by the carrier. With your order however, tracking was not offered in the option chosen.
Orders are delivered within the time specified, but there is the odd exception with Customs delays and this is out of our scope. For the orders that don’t make it in this time, we have to follow the steps set by the postal and courier systems and must allow for 20 working days to have passed from the date of despatch.
If your order has not arrived by 02/11/2017, please let us know. Before doing this, double check with your neighbours, any safe area where this could have been left and also with your local sorting office as we have had the odd report that the carrier does not always leave a calling card.
As the order does not have tracking, we can’t give you a number to chase (as we’d be doing that for you anyway) but if it hasn’t arrived as above, let us know and we’ll raise with our Investigation Team. From here, they may offer a refund or replacement in the unlikeliness that you didn’t get your order.
However, we’re pretty confident that your order will arrive before then and you should be enjoying the good stuff in no time!
